How long is the hire period?
Every hire is a standard 4-day period. Plan for your event to fall on day two, so the dress arrives or is collected the day before and returns the day after.
How much does it cost?
Hires range from $40 to $260 for the 4 days, a fraction of designer retail. Each dress page shows its price as "$X | 4-day hire".
Can I try the dress on first?
Yes. Try-on appointments are available at our Blackburn North location. Tag the dresses you'd like ready and a time that suits you. The $10 fee is refundable against hire within 48 hours of your appointment.
How does delivery work?
Pickup from Blackburn North is free. Or choose express shipping Australia-wide with tracking, $15 each way, with a prepaid return satchel included in your parcel.
Do I need to clean the dress?
No. Return it worn, we take care of the rest. Dry cleaning is handled by us and included in every hire.
Is there a bond?
No, our payment provider holds your credit card details securely should the dress not be returned or be damaged. In the unlikely event that it is required, your card will be charged the amount as per the terms and conditions.
